I will never come here again was completely insulted talked to like I was a criminal by someone name Jolean an who needs more training on how to treat a potential customer. I wanted a refund came up here at 10:00 a.m am and was told I could not get a refund until 1:00 pm which made me extremely late for work because I work in the South Bay. I told them I would call the police they have my money and I have no product. I'm so pissed.

After your store closes the black employees yell and scream in the parking lot disturbing other businesses close by. Filthy Rapp music and very disrespectful. As business people, take that type of actions to your home. No one wants to hear how much ass your getting or calling each other Filthy words. For the N word to be so disrespectful, why call each other that? Aaron’s should do better than this.

Really disappointed!!! After I bought a mattress they didn't want make a complaint notice. The mattress only lasted 2 months. After you pay them, they don't care about the customer I will never buy something there and I really don't recommend it!

I like this place everyone there is very nice delivery dates it's very quick they work with you on how much you wanna pay monthly prices are low I like places that you can pay while you have your items very nice furniture everything there is very high-quality and I will referred them and will rent again and again

Terrible this is one of the biggest mistakes I've done in my life don't ever go threw this company the people here are great, Tim is really Nice but the Manger Brandon is a complete as****hol* filed numerous complaint already in the process of filing a complaint through the BBB i never been harassed so much in my life !!!!!! worst service ever if your dealing with the same problem please call corporate office and report them !!!!
