Customer service is very bad at this location.  Please avoid it if you can. I've been with Sprint for over 15 years and this type of service is what is making me go.  Too bad this rating doesn't allow zero stars.

Zero knowledge of when stock will arrive, even though it's a product that's being featured prominently advertising materials. They seem to have no motivation to work or help the customer. Bad experience, would not visit again.
