Yes my name is James Watson I called Aarons on on Friday I have not received a message back from their staff at all I had to go find and hunt down my paperwork for what they needed so I don't see why they couldn't do the same for me and go head down their paperwork in get it prepare I am willing to come in and  and purchased the theater system and other things I would want to get from my place I am very very upset and dissatisfied with the service I have not purchased anything from any other store so if you would like this sale in you would like this to go through I need someone to call me back and get me a very very good deal because Aarons did not keep up their part of the bargain now I don't think you want that to go nationwide do you because I will posted again my name is James Watson Jr please call me at 5:49 3980 so I can come in and take care of this matter I'm sorry if I have upset or hurt somebody feelings but I was wanting to get the entertainment center for the big game  now I hope we can work out a better deal than what we were talking about considering what happened over the weekend if the person reading this cannot help me with that then have the person who can help me with that call me or I will be up there first thing Monday.

I have been a customer of Aaron's since 2003.  I had nothing but great service from them.  But in the last few months their service has been horrible.  Billing errors and a belligerent manager and staff make doing business w/ them hard to stomache.
