They’re hardly ever open! For the longest, the line to the drive-thru window was soooo long. Now, as of late, I would get so happy that there’s no line…only to get to the window and see a sign saying they’re CLOSED!…during NORMAL business hours. I get text messages saying they’re “temporary closed.” What is going on?!!!! Why doesn’t Walgreens have pharmacists?! This is unacceptable! Someone up high needs to change the policies & practices that are causing them to lose - and not get more - pharmacists. Walmart is not having that problem. I am looking for another source for my acute e.g. antibiotics prescription meds. Thankfully, I can get my regular meds through my provider’s mail-order program. UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS - or lack thereof! Wish I could do ZERO STARS!
Worst pharmacy ever. Very slow and hardly ever has your prescription ready. You will wait in line for 30+ minutes to have to leave and do it all over again, even if they say there ready. I've tried to call and verify but never once had them answer the phone. Downloaded the app but that doesn't even guarantee. Waiting in drive through now and not 1 but 2 cars in front of me has left the line and drove off because we have been in the same spot for half and hour.
My 1 star rating is for the pharmacy. Every time I went to pick up my prescription here, they always had an issue with my insurance.I had previous health insurance however changed to soonercare months ago, they said soonercare was refusing to pay for it because of my other insurance on file I had cancelled the other insurance a year ago and had no issues anywhere else I went . So I contacted soonercare and they figured out that the pharmacy was just billing it incorrectly. I successfully picked up my prescription after informing the pharmacy of that mistake WHICH WAS CORRECTED THAT TIME. This time around I tried to yet again pick up my prescription, and explained the situation of how it was fixed last time. Nope. Was told “there’s nothing we can do you need to call soonercare” I HAVE contacted soonercare, it was an issue on the PHARMACIES part. They refuse to listen and just assume it’s my problem. Deserved 1 star in my book.
The pharmacist is one of the most impersonal & lazy people I've ever had to encounter. He acts like it's an inconvenience to do his job. Then after surgery my doctor sent over 2 prescriptions at 1123, then another at 12...Its is almost 3 and the pharmacist STILL hasn't approved them all! WHY WOULD YOU APPROVE 2 & NOT THE OTHER! I've had so many horrible experiences at this specific location. I'll NEVER participate at this location ever again. Side note, we are active military members.... nice way to treat our service.
We arrive 10 minutes early for are appointment to get our son a flu shot. We ended up having to walk away after being there an hour waiting to get a shot. Apparently appointment mean nothing to them, we will never be returning to this location ever again!
Great staff. Very friendly n outgoing. Wife needed medicine n the young man went out of his way to get it fixed for her. Definitely recommend this pharmacy. Been doing business with this location for 10 years now. Glad they have weeded out the negatives n now have a friendly crew.
The staff are always friendly and try to help. The pharmacy isn't 24x7, but they are fairly quick, and do try and help figure out any insurance options to save you on money if possible. The bathroom in the back requires a code to get into.
Rude as ever! So disappointed in the staff here. Literally turned me down and hassled me because Of pain medication for a broken arm! Also had new prescription to fill and they answered phone 4 times and kept putting me on hold for more then 20mins! Staff needs to be addressed!
Waited in the drive thru for about 45 min. The first time and about 20 min later the 2nd day. For the SAME PERSCRIPTION!!!!! They chose to not call or anything when they didn't have the medicine on location. So I found that out after coming up there. Not professional AT ALL!!!! I will be going to CVS from now on.
The pharmacist there are so helpful and very compassionate. I will always fill my scripts there!!! Everyone is amazing!!!
