Went into Midwest City location to get my iPhone battery replaced. I expected to leave it for a couple of hours. Not, here. Fifteen minutes later with a great charging phone. This store has changed drastically since I went their last. Under new management and you can tell. Casey is very knowledgeable friendly and last but not least precisely efficient. I'm so glad to find this store unbeatable prices with every bulb you could ever imagine. Thank you for making my next stop closer for my batteries or bulbs.

Went in to get my charging port cleaned out. The gentleman at the front, Casey, did it in about 30 seconds and didn't charge me a thing. New management, great customer service, I recommend to all!

Customer Service SUCKS! I will not be going back to this salon. I was treated very rudely and the prices were outrageous! While doing a pedicure on my son the nail tech kept checking her phone (looked like she was responding to text messages) and then face timed with someone for a good 20 minutes. She scooted a chair over and propped her phone up so she could talk while she was working. And then had an attitude that boys don't wear nail polish and refused to paint his nails until I said something to her. It's none of your business if my child wants to paint his toes a funky color over summer break! Not to mention I paid $45 for his pedicure so that should include polish if he chooses. The tech who did my nails was some what friendly and did a decent job. I paid $115 for 2 basic pedis and a basic mani. They also don't provide an itemized receipt. I asked because I'm almost certain they over charged me. I will not go back to this place and I would suggest going else where unless you like over paying for crappy service!

I had called the store early afternoon to address availability and that it would be installed. That went fine. I went directly to the store after work and arrived by 4 pm. Store was understaffed. Only a single female employee was present. I had to wait for two customers to be serviced. I was then told she wasn't able for install the new battery. She provided me a tool box, so I could perform the replacement. The tool box was disorganized and the most important wrench size of 10 mm was missing. I was in disbelief about the whole experience. Much less than expected and what I have experienced at other Batteries Plus stores.
