The gentleman with the cane in the sporting goods department, forgive me I am terrible with names, you are amazing. You have help my mother and I every year with our fishing needs. Very up to date with the laws and regs. Always has an answer. Even if it isn't sporting goods. Like today I was looking for work gloves. Led me right to them. Keep it up my man. I absolutely hate I dont know your name. GIVE THE MAN A RAISE!

This is my go to Walmart. However, being very pregnant, I decided to take the advice of an acquaintance who works here and try the pick up. I purchased my items Saturday online and the website said everything was in stock. So I waited patiently until 5pm Sunday. I looked on the website and some things were ready, others wouldn't be until the 3rd! Which is my induction date. I immediately called, was transferred incorrectly, and then was told that the supervisor who was able to help me with anything had left hours earlier. I was transferred again. I was called about 4-5 times while they were trying to figure things out (the items left were literally some baby fabric softener, and a toilet bowl brush) and then I finally said that I wanted to simply cancel the items that still needed to be shipped. Well. My entire order got canceled. My limited budget did not allow me to repurchase things. Fortunately, things were salvaged by Bryce. I sincerely appreciated his patience and kindness. Without him I wouldn't have the final things I needed to feel good about welcoming my child home.

Assistant manager Branson, store to store rep Josh, sporting goods rep Heather, & Co-manager Tony are proof that customer service is NOT DEAD! What was almost a nightmare with a pick up order for 4 tires, they all worked together to find a solution for my issues, only 3 tires came in, my original order wasn't cancelled per my request, etc... These guys price matched my online order to allow me to get my tires put on, on my only day off today. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!!!

I like their brand of bottled water, a case of 28 bottles at 20 oz each (in lieu of the standard 16.5 oz bottle) at $3.48 is the best deal in town. Got a few cases of water, some $3 yoga pants and some .99 flip flops. Never know what you'll find when you look. Del City Walmart is the cleanest, most organized in the metro.

Walmart pickup people are awesome. They get to know you if you come frequently enough. This is your basic Walmart otherwise, kinda everything you expect.
