Purchasing from Aaron's has never been easier. Customer Service is amazing. Price comparing locally,  our refrigerator we were able to get for less, versus other local retail shops.  Pay on time, pay up front we have a little piece of the West coast.  They do not carry rubbish. Looking for quality? Go to Aaron's. Looking for secondary? Shop elsewhere.  Thank you so much for carrying what we were looking for and it did not break the bank.

Aaron's in Norfolk has quality merchandise. I had auto-pay and was never over charged on any of the products that we had leased. No hassling phone calls either. Affordable, great Customer Service, highly recommended in our area. 

If you pay on-time, read your contract there is also a 90-day buy out.  Have them explain all of the details, you will never have an issue with Aaron's.

My parents pay every month and when they thought they were done they said they still had two payments left  so ok.. They would have 3differnt people call half hour after the other person did to see if going to pay payment which wasn't due till 5 more days anyway..and they all said oo sorry didn't no other person called .. And very very rude..

Never use Aarons! I payed extra each month, and it never seemed to get me ahead. Somehow my final payment date remained the same. In December I made a payment and was told I still owed $756. I made a payment in January and February, and then went to officially pay the whole thing off in March to just get the horrible ordeal done with. When I asked how much I owed to pay it off, it was $758! When asked how on Earth I could possibly owe more after 3 months of payment, I was told it was "a cost of lease thing". They are robbing people blind. Find another way to get the things you want.
