Completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in the door. Did not sign or go over my paperwork, charged my card agreed to have delivered between 9 am and 3 pm on November 3rd but never got delivered. When I called to cancel everything due to lack of delivery the man told me that I didn’t schedule it till the afternoon then hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a much nicer more professional young man who wanted to fix everything but could not unless I brought him my card again. This is now the 5th dryer I have tried to purchase in the last 3 months. The other 4 I bought off of buy sell trade sites and friends and none of them worked. I am 1000$ short because of buying dryers that don’t work now make that 1058$ I came to Aaron’s because I know they deliver and Maintenance themselves and I did not want to waste another day calling in to work to figure out how to wash and dry my clothes. So much for that! This place is a joke they still have my $ and I still have no dryer.

I am giving this company a three. On one hand I have been helped along the way with payment extensions here and there. On the other hand nobody there is on the same page. I talk to one person and they say that they wrote it on my account. Then I get call after call about the issue that has already been discussed. Not only that, but today I called and was handed to an rep ,I guess, that doesn't know how to talk proper to a customer. Man, simply fix.. keep people off the phones who don't know how to interact with customers in the back to do warehouse duties or whatever you call it and the few who know how to speak and deal with customers in the front. Especially if you expect them to be returning customers.

The man ripped a 1 ft hole in my couch delivering it 4 months ago & still waiting on a repair man to fix it ! These people suck

Was in the middle of an important phone call and one of the workers for Aaron's continued to bang on my door waste than the police! So, I had to take my call to the next room and finish it. As the call continued, more bangs on the door continued! They scared my sister who was 7 months pregnant! Let me add, she had to get up and answer the door but by the time she got to the door, the workers had left. I called back the next day, and spoke to Jarred and Frank, the manager, spoke to them and they both were very, very rude!!!!! Also, called my sister a liar! Poor customer service!!!!!! Wouldn't even give me the number to cooperate either!!!! I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone!!
