Needed a laminate glass for a display case called to set up an appt. They came out measured, the owner seemed real friendly. Called back the next day to give me a quote at $540 for a $300 display case. So I called around and got quotes between $240 and $320. Wow what a mark up.

I was worried after reading the 1 star rating by Charles that I was going to get screwed when the 'overnight' shipping of a duplicate key for my car took 2 days, and when I got to the store it took them 5 minutes to track down where the key ended up. But after what happened next my opinion of these guys drastically changed.

The key that was ordered worked for my car, but the large metal head on the back of the key meant it did not fit into my original key's plastic emblem head. Instead of haggling over the fact that he had already cut the key he just gave it to me for free and apologized for the inconvenience.
