I only marked 1 star since there isn't a 0 rating. Called during business hours, was told they couldn't help me. They were having a meeting to call back later. Really...?? What kind of business does that?

I called a different locksmith company came out and couldn't open the door and told me it was $15 and when she got here  told me it would be 100...  So I threw her out!!! James came  and was very professional open the lock in less than five minutes and gave me a cheaper price than he originally said over the phone because it was easier to open.... Thanks again
