Extremely accommodating. A friend didn't like a drink she ordered at the rooftop bar and they happily replaced it with something else. Never a line at the concierge. Had lavender bags available one night to help their guests sleep. Gave perfect recommendations for bars and restaurants. We were in a rush when leaving and they had our bags ready and waiting for us.  Everything was clean. Shout out to Robert & the rest of the staff for their friendliness and professionalism.

Brand new, clean, modern hotel with very nice interior decor. Lobby, roof top bar & restaurant are designed really well. Nice setting for a meeting with friends or business. Menu/food isn't exceptional but the high design of place is the draw. The gym is small clean modern. Best location for hotel in downtown Asheville. Nice for a local weekend getaway, would say it is romantic or somewhere to focus on health and creativity.

This hotel is nice and modern and all but there are only a two elevators and they are super busy. Also this hotel has no pool for kids and adults to enjoy. There service is fast and nice so I like that

Lovely hotel in the heart of downtown Asheville and shopping and dining are well within walking distance. Staff members were extremely courteous and professional. Perry at the front desk went far above and beyond the call of duty to assist during my stay. Very modern decor and comfy rooms.

This was my first stay at the AC in Asheville.
The decor is very nice, rooms are very clean and we'll sized.
I enjoyed the friendly and welcoming staff.
As a business travel, this is one Hotel that I will definitely visit again.
