I went in with severe redness, blueish rash looking on both feet, very painful. The nurse practitioner was rude, treated me terrible and said it was just a virus but if she actually took the time to listen to me she would have looked further in to it, I was diagnosed with autoimmune disease, would NOT recommend her at all!!! Don’t be in healthcare if u have no compassion

My son went there for 4 years for help and they provided zero help for him.  He just had to come in every 6 months to be prescribed the same thing over and over.  Don't even try to get a Dr to see you either.  It's all physician assistants.   And good luck getting through to a receptionist.  You'll wait on home for over 20 mins.  We are switching to a new dermatologist.

I am so so disappointed... I have been going to Academic Alliance for 10 years. I love Dr. Lam. But now we will be finding a new dermatologist because of the shady practice the billing department is scamming. My husband went in to have something done, we payed the copay and then we get another $50 bill. Called them up and said that is a new fee the insurance company is doing. Called the insurance company and they said no that is not us. We three wayed called Academic Alliance and they now said it was an error on their part.  Yes that was a big error on your part to lie to us and try to scam $50. How many people have just gone and paid it and not question their bill. I am so upset about this.
