Jessica did my keratin and did an awesome job recommending all my friends to her. Hope they never let her go. She is nice, accommodating, knowledgeable , friendly, need more people like her.

Artistic Cuts saved me because my hair was over processed and damaged with bleach beyond belief. Lynn is super at color repair and cuts my hair perfect. It lays down nicely. Her prices are very reasonable. I will not go anywhere else. Love this salon!

I went here after asking someone where she got here haircut she suggested Artistic Cuts, said Lynn cut her hair. I called for an appointment and was told Lynn would be out for an unknown amount of time. I hesitantly booked an appointment. When I got there 5 to 10 minutes early I was greeted by Kim and told she would be right with me and she was.... she did a great job, she cut my hair the way I asked and did a fantastic job. Love the haircut Kim.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with my Keratin Treatment at this salon. I don't usually write reviews, but writing this review is a must. This is the first time I had a keratin treatment done; my friends, mom, had the keratin treatment done a couple times (different salon of course) and they loved it and I loved how their hair looked after, but unfortunately I cannot say the same. I had the keratin treatment done by Brittany, spent 3 hours in the salon, followed the post treatment instructions, didn't wet or tie up my hair for 4 days after the treatment was done. On the 4th day, I washed my hair with non-sulfate shampoo and conditioner(as this is recommended) and my hair didn't look much different than before the keratin treatment. My hair is medium length, straight with a little frizz and a little wavy just in the back of my hair. The reason I got the keratin treatment was to get rid of the frizz and the little wave that I had in back of my hair, this wasn't the case. I contacted the owner of the salon, Lynn (which I never met in person), who told me to send her pictures of my hair, so I send her several and told her to get back to me with an answer and solution. Lynn called back and was going back and forth blaming my hair; that its highlighted and damaged, that's why the keratin treatment didn't work?! What???!! My mom and friends highlight and color their hair, what does the keratin treatment have to do with me having highlights in my hair? Come on! I also didn't highlight my hair for over a month prior to getting this keratin treatment done. Plus I take very good care of my hair and use good products, so please don't say my hair is damaged when you have not even seen it in person. What an UNPROFESSIONAL response and experience I had at this salon. Lynn told me to come back and they would fix it by putting more keratin product in my hair. Lynn, I don't want more product in my hair, as putting more product in hair damages and dries your hair out even more! Plus what makes you think that I would trust going back to this salon AGAIN, when I had such a bad experience with it in the first place! I told her I wanted a refund and she said NO! I would NOT recommend going to this salon! Waste of time, waste of money, unprofessional experience with no positive resolution! Taking Money from customers is easy, but if someone isn't happy with the results, we should have the right to get our money back! Ugh So Upsetting!
