My experience was so bad! So I got a date with this girl who I've had a crush on for a while and I needed a hair cut. But I didn't have much money for my haircut as I wanted to have extra cash for the hot date, and I saw great clips great prices and decided to get my haircut. I asked for an 1inch cut off from the top and to have half an inch on the sides but she instead cut off half an inch on the sides and cut my top to 1 inch. It looked horrible and the hairdresser looked at me and laughed, only to say in an insincere manner "I'm sorry". I showed up to my date and she laughed at my haircut and then left. She was my crush since middle school and I finally got a shot, only ruined by a lousy haircut. I'm never wasting 14 dollars again.

I literally called and asked about my sons first cut. No appointment could be taken was what I was told so I get here and check in. I'm with my one year old son and he won't sit still. In walks a online customer and they taken him first don't even let me know they are going to do it. TERRiBLE customer service. I'll never be back. 
You could have told me I could check in online that would have been no problem.
When I was troubled about the wait time instead of assuring me it will be less than thirty minutes you could have gave me the option with all the information Available. Or told me he would be going before when they got there.

Our first visit to this place was a wonderful experience,  very clean, everyone seems professional, Violet welcomed us greatly and provided amazing cuts for my two boys, definitely coming back here.

Aweful haircuts. Extremely overpriced. Horrible customer service/ small talk. Had got my haircut there 10x and today was the last time. A bit of advise to the school teacher who wants to beat kids that cuts hair part time. Quit.

Ok so where do I begin? I took my family over to get the same haircut, we were all gonna get a reverse mohawk but the lady was so mean. She called my wife ugly, and she called my two sons funny looking. I was so angry grrrrrrrr. They also messed up the haircut and My son's reverse mohawk wasn't straight and was lopsided. She then left us in the middle of our haircuts and went to the back with some young man to the back of the store for 30 mins and when she came out her top was unbuttoned and I could have sworn I heard moaning in the back. WITH MY KIDS RIGHT HERE!!!! I'm never going back ever again. I'm shmangry!! Grrrrr!
