Worse customer service I've ever experienced. The manager, Michelle, has absolutely no clue how to treat her customers and has no business being a manager let alone work in retail! I will never shop at Academy in store or online again! I will pay double the price to go somewhere else before I give Academy another dime of my money! If they don't know how to give good customer service, then they don't deserve my business!

several people in store ie sporting goods (hunting ) attitude and politeness could use improvement, know long weekend with black Friday and all but being told you missed that sale and then fellow about faces and starts talking to another, not cool. ..apparently three to four associates are need for that department. kudos for young Michelle, after a mixup on some of merchandise loaded from back where loaded. have to make another trip to exchange very polite knowledgeable and all . came to solution, very helpful and polite

Associates were friendly and helpful. Store was neat for a retail store. The only issue that I had was the one department (fishing) that I had questions and needed help in no one was in the department. I finally found one person behind the gun counter and he helped me. I think they should have at least one person in each department.
