I was greeted mediately when I walked in the door they were not super busy they were very helpful and courteous they got me in and out within 10 minutes and I was able to to buy the products that I needed and it was no problem adding it to my bill

Josh is our rep there and he is so helpful. There is nothing he will not help you with. My boyfriend has some disabilities and he is wonderful to help out in anyway  He truly is the best!!!

This is a reliable store especially compared to the T-mobile store on popular near a Mexican restaurant. The one on popular is trash due to their workers not be knowledgeable on anything and losing 90% of my photos on my phone  and I was there for 2 hours. This Southaven one only took 20 mins for transferring photos and such.

T-MOBILE is a great wireless service provider. And this store has been here in the same spot since the powertel days of the company. Prices on par with other providers for devices. Plans are quality service at a good rate. Employees in this location are always friendly, and happy to help.
