Receptionist was nice. As far as the 2 stars go for me personally... the nurse who took my blood barely spoke to me. Seemed like she’d rather be anywhere else. The doctor I saw didn’t really let me speak, he just talked over me and that is really frustrating coming from a doctor.
I was told I would be contacted if I needed a prescription antibiotic and a whole 2 weeks went by before I was contacted about that. I had assumed I wasn’t sick and because of them not contacting me I may have passed this around. 
Very unprofessional, I won’t be returning.

I have been to this urgent care 3 times this week for a different family member. Each went fantastic. Especially with my 17 year old daughter. I was able to check in and leave for my wait which was nice.

I have a huge issue with their billing. They billed me very incorrectly and left me owing 400. I have left 2 messages on the billing voicemail still have not gotten a response back. I called and spoke with the receptionist and was told she didn't know what to tell me, and it surely seemed as if my calling was a huge bother to her. Going to reach out to my insurance company and see what I can do from there since the billing person will not return my call.

I went in for a viral eye infection on 3/29/18. I am currently pregnant (30 weeks with twins). I told the nurse & the doctor several time during my visit incase they could not tell by my pregnant belly. I got looked at and prescribed medication for my eyes. As I was walking out to my car I glanced over my "Summary of care" and saw that they wrote down my blood pressure as 152/90. I immeditly thought to myself, "Oh my God, that is so high"!! I got really upset because nothing was said to me! SOMETHING should have been said to me as a pregnant patient. I started crying and called my OB while still in the parking lot and they told me to come right in as this is a cause for major concern during pregnancy (even I know this w/o a medical degree).. They ended up checking my blood pressure themselves and it was normal. They rechecked it several times & each time it came out perfect. My doctor said they most likely used the wrong cuff and it caused my blood pressure to elevate. Either way...the nurse..the doctor..someone SHOULD have mentioned that number to me and referred me to my regular OB. Instead, I was left alone to discover it on my paperwork and have induced panic. DO not waste your time or money visiting this location.

After waiting a half hour in the waiting room, and an hour in the operating room, the doctor finally came in. Although knowledgeable, he was not the best candidate for the job, and made the situation worse. I would have rather done nothing than go to this urgent care.
