Have been visiting Fairfield Chiropractic for many years and for great reason! Great staff that's very personal and positive and not your typical doctor's office.  Dr Richards and Dr Drake offer several types of treatments to fit your style and needs. Very attentive to their patients. After every visit, I am asked if there is anything I feel like was missed or I would like checked for my comfort. Not only do I feel like they truly care for my physical health, but also me personally. You are not just "another patient".

Fairfield Chiropractic & Acupuncture is top notch. Dr. Richards & Dr. Drake truly care about helping their patients get better. Not only do they perform their chiropractic services but listen to you and discuss ways you can help yourself.  Very knowledgeable and caring.  Their staff is always so kind and willing to work with your schedule.  I am thankful for such great doctors!  I would highly recommend checking out their services...you won't be disappointed!

Fairfield Chiropractic's doctors and staff are great. I have seen both Dr. Richards and Dr. Drake over the years. Dr. Richards helps keep me healthy and feeling well. She uses the activator method for adjusting patients, and it is the most gentle, comfortable, and effective method I have ever experienced. I totally recommend it.  Dr. Drake specializes in rehabilitation and he helped me rehab my broken ankle and wrist. He was excellent at explaining and guiding me through my rehab exercises, and as a result I recovered my strength and full functioning of my broken ankle and wrist. Dr. Drake also performed acupuncture on me for pain and stress. Great experience.  The office is very accessible, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I always get in to see the doctor in a reasonable amount of time after calling the office or the answering service. I completely recommend Fairfield Chiropractic.

I've been a patient of Dr. Drake and Dr. Richards since 1996 after a car accident left me unable to turn my head to the right. They have treated my entire family since then.  They have seen us at our worst and been instrumental in helping our entire family regain our health on many levels.  We've used all of their services from rehab, adjustments with the activator system to acupuncture.  They are both extremely knowledgeable and compassionate.  What I love about them most is that they don't treat us like cookie cutter patients.  They give each of us individualized treatment and care.  Always taking  a whole body and mind approach to our wellness.  Thank you Dr. Drake and Dr. Richards! Our family wouldn't be where we are today without your expertise and kindness!

After two years of living with neck pain and not having any treatment I finally decided that I would go to this chiropractic clinic to see if they could do anything to help me. So as soon as I get there I gave them my insurance and filled out their paperwork,  as I was filling out my paperwork one of the chiropractors in the office asked very crudely how old I was because I was on my parents insurance plan due to being a college student (I can't explain it to describe to you that exact feeling that I felt, as if she were talking down to me). Then during my consultation with Dr. Drake it continued, very rude/dry manner - I told him that I was diagnosed with Cervical Disc Disease (which generally does not happen to people of my age and the neurosurgeon that diagnosed it also said that) and I wanted to try to relieve some of that pain without pain meds, etc. -Dr. Drake continued to tell me that he doesn't believe that is my issue and then asked if I had lower back pain (completely unrelated) and I said not anymore than a normal person has from daily activities it doesn't bother me, so for the next 75 percent of the consultation he focused on my "low back pain" which wasn't what I was seeking treatment for. X-rays and all. Still to this day I have not returned not. 

Like they say, "you won't remember what a person did or what a person said, but you will remember how they made you feel." 

So in conclusion, I am not saying They are bad chiropractors quite frankly because I don't know, but what I am saying is that if I am paying 200 dollars for one visit I expect good customer service, I expect you to listen to what I'm telling you and not belittle me, and I expect my age and the fact that my parents help with my medical insurance (but not my 120000 dollars in student loans) to not be an issue.
