Accurate Auto of Hillsboro is an auto repair shop offering auto repair, auto tune up, oil change, radiator repair , brake repair, alignment, and air conditioning service in Hillsboro, OR. We service the majority of all brands, makes and models – foreign & domestic. We will repair only what's necessary and advise you of other problems we see WITHOUT pressuring you.

All work is guaranteed. We offer up to a 5yr/50,000 mile parts and labor warranty on most repairs. We have the latest state of the art equipment to insure your problem is fixed right the first time. We offer 12 months no interest finance o.a.c. so you have time to pay for that unexpected repair.

Accurate Auto earns my trust and business. I have been taking my vehicles here for many years, but what stands out is their integrity, service and workmanship. 

I recently brought my Ford F-150 in to replace the brakes. They did an inspection first to confirm the work actually needed to be done. During the inspection they found an issue that was covered under my extended warranty. 

During the test drive they recognized a sound coming from the rear of the truck that didn't seem right. I had always thought the sound was from the new tires I had put on and it actually was the rear differential.  They fixed it and now the truck drives a lot quieter.  

I am extremely pleased and thankful for the quality of work they do.

Rick's Custom Fencing and Decking uses Accurate Auto for all of our fleet maintenance. We have been extremely happy with their ability to quickly assess any problems with our service trucks and then take care of those issues, so that we can get our trucks back on the road again. They are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Many of our employees now use Accurate Auto for their personal vehicles too.

I am so glad that when my car broke down the friend I called recommended Accurate Auto. I don't know where I would be without Jim I. the service manger. As well as Ryan, Jeremy,  Les and Dan, well I would be walking that's for sure ! I moved to the area from the east coast over 2 years ago and I left behind a good garage that I trusted that treated me right. I was concerned I wouldn't find that again. I did at Accurate Auto. When they had to tell the news that no car owner wants to hear Jim did it with class and no nonsense professionalism, "you can repair it,  but should you?" My car was on borrowed time and it didn't owe me dime, but it wan't a good time to find and buy a car, when is? Either way he showed me a vehicle and seemed to know some of it recent repair history, and that vehicle suited my current and future needs.  After the sale there was an ongoing minor issue but they stood behind it until they were satisfied it was done right, not just just be concerned about a bad or good review, because it was the right thing do. I highly recommend Accurate Auto.

Accurate Auto is a misnomer.
All the information I was given on my vehicle was just inaccurate.

First impression I thought Jim was charismatic and kind...

I'm disappointed in how little time and effort was put in. Two fuses fixed all the electrical problems. Was told my car was a throw away essentially. I'm not a professional and I'm really disappointed that I was not considered as a person or valued enough to even take the time to try. 
Was told none of the mechanics wanted to try because it was too much of a pain. 
Jim even offered to help me sell it to someone he knew as I was being told it was only worthy of parting out. 
He even forgot he had been so kind as to offer to help me find an alternateal to Pick n Pull and got upset with me when I called back.

I replaced the headlight. eBay $70.
$2 charge for a pick n pull.
Door and panel $79(cosmetic for my vanity).
My own time researching and using prices of elimination because I don't have the great to test what they could have, easily.
 All of the cost what I was told my car was worth. 
Make sure you do your own research as I found out... 

How life changing a single moment can be for someone when they're considered not worthy of the time. And how underestimated a kind gesture can be... Unfortunately I didn't get it here.

Jim was very friendly. The link that they sent showing what was wrong with my truck was very helpful. Price was affordable. Service was much quicker than I have recieved at other places. Would definitely recommend them
