Nice warm bus and bus driver and other employees VERY kind since my ride hadn't arrived at station.

Well first off it was nearly impossible to find their Thornton pick up point without calling their customer service line which had someone who I asked a question to and cold transfered me to a very rude representative who at least gave me the right information. Then when we left it takes us to another stop point where we have to transfer busses. Busses are obnoxious with the squeaking sounds inside. Then on our ride home on the last bus was not bad but the driver kept driving between the lanes and when you are on a road that only has 2 lanes and a 100 ft drop that is so unacceptable. The driver did that the whole way back then when we arrived at the same point where we transferred before we got off expecting to transfer to another shuttle but there was no shuttle. Just barely stopped the driver from leaving. And when I asked him if there was another shuttle he picked up a very rude tone of voice with me and waved for me to get back on. I had never ridden with this service before so how would I understand there schedule when it does not clearly state anything on their online schedule. If there is another service to get you to black hawk or central city use them instead. I don't understand how this was the first company to appear on google and I will only use this company in the future if I have no other choice.

they changed the times and don't post them other than the internet and so you show up a week later and the times change and then may change again another week or another month. In the 11 years I've been taking the bus this is happened at least 12 to 24 times; that I can remember.

The Sheridan express is what I take for work. This bus has recently been running late. Im waiting on the Thornton bus right now. I paid for a 7:45 depart time and now after 8:00 we are leaving. Making me and fellow employees late for work. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. There is no reason, other than lazy supervisors, for that bus to stop for 15 minutes or more for a driver change. Driver change should happen at the bus stop. Not 1 of the paying customers wants to stop on there way home for 15 or more minutes for this. It can and should be done at the bus stop where that bus just sits anyways untill its departure time. At this time the bus can be D.O.T. inspected. No wonder this company lost money last year. Run it the correct way.
