A great little family owned hardware store in my neighborhood. They have all the basics in stock, prices are reasonable, staff is very friendly. I have lived in the area since 1997 and have shop this location many times. When I'm doing a big project I will go to Lowe's or Home Depot if they don't have what I need. If I'm not in a rush I'll let them order it for me.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Been coming here for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Just wish they had a larger store with more products. Would save me a trip to Home Depot.

Always knowledgeable and more than helpful for those special modification needs. This is the place to go for special/any sized bolts and nuts.

Terrible service at this Aloma and Goldenrod location in Winter Park, FL. I Was refused a return on an un-opened Item with a receipt. (Mind you this was only $5) The excuse I was given was "We are Ace Hardware...but we are kinda not, see someone else owns this location." I moved a few weeks ago and originally bought the item across town (where I moved from) and tried to return it at a location close to my new residence. This was the crappy customer service I got. I obviously have a receipt proving my purchase and bought at ACE HARDWARE. Privately owned or not, there is a way better way to handle this situation. There are also many ways this could have been taken care of internally to keep a guest like myself satisfied, (again we are only talking $5 here). So much for that jingle that states "helpful hardware folks," yeah not so much. Steer clear of this place, what a waste. I will never step foot into an Ace Hardware again (no matter who owns it, ot what type of Circus Side Show they have.)
