Amazing staff! Very friendly and helpful. Really feels like they are part of the neighborhood and that they want to help you. Highly recommend.

Bad customer service , I work in this Plaza and there has been several times where I have went into this store and the customer service is just poor . I had a return and the cashier processed everything but did not give me back my money. I went back in the store after I realized they did not give me the money and when I went back the cashiers response was well the register was not working . Like what type of customer service is that ...........

Love the helpful staff, its more relaxing then going to a larger hardware store. Everything you need and want for home maintenance is there.
