I giving them 2 stars because of the low price. Here's my story: I ordered windows for my house in December. Got the windows in March. To THIS DAY I am still missing 1/2 of the screens AND one of my windows is cracked (was delivered cracked) and I've called Tibbets 5X for the replacement. I bet you my life they forgot about me. The price is not worth it.

Horrible customer service. They have reasonable prices compared to other places, but for the level of unprofessionalism you need to put up with, it is not worth it. Spend the extra couple of bucks, it will save you a ton of time and you won't have to put up with the shenanigans.

The show room was just redone and they increased the amount of staff on hand to help grow their capacity. Very nice people who work there and a great place to visualize what materials would like if you were to purchase them
