Went into Ace to do 2 chlorine refills. When I gave them the container before they walked away I pointed out that they gave me one that was cracked at the top. They said they couldn't take it so I said again, you gave it to me that way. They than got the manager Jeane who basically accused me of lying and said if it was cracked it would have spilled all over and they wouldn't have given it to me. I didn't notice it was cracked until I started using it. So they wouldn't take it called me lier and said that I will have to buy another container. Just lost a customer.

This place sucks, the only nice employee is the young man who's name I cannot remember. A couple grouchy ladies who make you feel intimidated. I usually prefer giving to the local businesses but would rather go to Home Depot or Lowe's.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jack particularly was very helpful and gave good honest advice. Definitely will be returning.
