On February 1, 2005 I had to have my drain line replaced. Kelly Clark seemed like a knowledgeable guy that I could trust. I spent 3850.00 on that day. The line continued to back up so he came back out on August 9, 2005. I was charged another 6375.00 for the drain line out under the street. I asked Kelly if this would take care of the problem and he said it would. I took my issue to the water department in Lakewood (Bancroft Clover) and showed them a video of the water line. They said had they been contacted they would have replaced the tap that goes into the sewer line and not just let Pluming Logics cut off the pipe and use a rubber boot to fix the line. Roots continue to grow to this day where Plumbing Logics cut off the pipe. Now here is where the liar part comes in. On June 17,2009 I called Kelly and asked him to come out and view the DVD of the pipe. He said he would and let me know what needed to be done. He never showed up. On June 19, 2009 I called him again and even offered to come to his place and show the DVD. He said, "I am out of warranty and too busy to send someone out." I said, "You were supposed to send someone out yesterday and no one came." He replied, " we are too busy." At no time did I threaten or use foul language. When I filed a complaint with the BBB he stated the following in writing: We at Plumbing Logics would like to reply on this action, first issue we did not tell our customer that you would have no problems in the future on your sewer line, common sense is that toilet paper, any miss use on the system could cause back ups. Second- We had given our customer a written proposal, of a desciption and price for work to be performed, and included a 1 year warranty. We had a phone call and he was very up set using foul words, we had told him that job was done 3.5 years ago and there is no warranty, he wanted us to come out and view the video tape, and with our safety we refuse to come over, we reserve the right to service him again, due the the fact that he has been out of warranty for several years now, also he will not pay us for our time, also he knows that he is out of warranty, and still complains, the work performed was inspected by the city of lakewood city inspector. On our part/work we had removed and replaced sewer main, we can not warranty natural causes of the earth soil, the pipe was installed properly per building inspector. Thank you Owner and Master Plumber Kelly M. Clark (WORD FOR WORD) The problem here was that the City of Lakewood did the inspection and not Bancroft Clover who would have replaced the tap. Kelly Clark is welcome to come over and view the video anytime or I would happily bring it to his place of business. I will not and never have used foul language nor would I ever do any harm to any person or property. I will however say that this company is a fraud. Go somewhere else. All of the information that I am stating here is in writing. At least in Lakewood, Bancroft Clover can supply a list of reputable plumbers in Lakewood and let me assure you that Kelly Clark of Plumbing Logics is not one of them.
