William from the West Palm Beach store arrived as scheduled. He is very enthusiastic, polite and thorough in his work. William was eager to show me everything he was checking and explained in simple terms a few things that may need attention before long to keep my a/c unit running in tip-top shape. Overall, a very good experience with a quality service company.

Scam stay away.  They will rip you off and take your money.   Buyer beware.   I personally saw many practices that equal fraud.  I wouldn't let my worst enemy do business with this company.

I recently had an issue with my central air conditioner and  called my home appliance warranty company, they sent their contracted HVAC company out the next day and as usual (this was the 3rd time in less than 2 years) I was told that the condensor coils had multiple leaks, my system was empty of the old R22 freon and it was going to cost me not only the $75 service fee but also another ~ $1100 to add 12 to 15 pounds of R22.  NOT HAPPENING AGAIN.  I spoke with them about a new unit however they could not schedule an installation for another week AND they could not finance it for me so...i turned to Google and found ACS Home Services in Tampa and gave them a call. It was the BEST thing I did because not only were they at my door the same day, they worked their tails off to get me financed (which wasn't easy) AND they scheduled my install the for the very next morning, which happens to be TODAY.
It has been raining all day here and I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to get my new unit installed but low and behold the 2 gentlemen that came had it done in 3 hours!  Everyone that i dealt with from Chelsea (who answered my numerous phone calls because I kept thinking of things to ask after the fact) to Matt and Gina Cook (my finance team) to Tony Leuro and Mario my installation techs (sorry I don't know how to spell Marios last name but the poor guy had to crawl under my house and fix a wiring issue left over from my old HVAC company AND deal with a few snakes under there in the process) anyway, what I'm trying to say is they all made the process seamless, painless and prompt, always communicating with me promptly, efficiently and with the utmost courtesy and knowledge. I highly recommend them and would send them to my Moms house if she ever needed anything HVAC related without a moment's hesitation. THANKS ACS Home Services of Tampa. I should also say that their home office is an hour and 40 minutes from my house and was not a problem for them at all.

I have a staff from acs home service came over to do my routine maintenance service. His name is Kevin. He was very pleasant and thorough with his work. He use the wet vacuum to suck out the gunk, pour vinegar in the pipe, and did all the test to make sure my ac is working well.
