This is the best dealership I have ever associated myself with. They let me drive the car for a day to decide if I wanted it. Then they gave a killer deal on top of that a 100 dollar gas card... wow wow wow... If you are looking for a hassle free buying experience please come here ... These guys have great customer service and will make sure you leave happy with the car of your choice. Sid was very helpful and helped my mom and I negotiate a great deal on an even greater car. We met the owner Mark, who was also very nice, and Perry helped us out with the paperwork.

I WAS A FIRST BUYER AND THEY MANIPULATED ME INTO BUYING A 2006 ACURA TL FOR $9200. THIS CAR IS ONLY WORTH 5000 AND LESS NOW REALIZING THAT BECAUSE IM TRYING TO SELL IT. HORRIBLE PLACE NOT REASONABLE HIT ME WITH UNNECESSARY FEES. DO NOT BUY!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!! BEWARE THEY THEIFS AND ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY.

First time car buyer and wasn't really planing on buying a car since I knew my credit score was very low due to bad decisions, and knew I wouldn't get approved. So here we are my wife and I looking at their cars. Sid the sales guy got use hooked on this GTI was a 4 door which was convenient scince we had a 2 month old. Somehow we ended up with me in their office filling out a credit application and miraculously approved for the 2010 GTI which had 65,000 miles and at whooping 20k. I remember being super psyched for just getting approved. And that's all I saw after that APPROVED. when I should have gone home done my research. But dumb me bought the car. biggest MISTAKE of my life. First off I over payed about 5k for that car and second if all big transmission problems right off the bat. I don't know how that car made it two years without breaking down. I talked to them about the problem told me to go to their mechanic but their mechanic shop look shady. So just stayed away. Also they push for you to give good reviews even offered me cash so I would do a good reviews on Yelp. Stay away from here they're shady and take advantage of people.

I went to this dealership last week to purchase a vehicle. I was shown a 2010 Mercedes Benz. I took the car for the day and test drove it. These guys are FANTASTIC!!! Their customer service and attention to detail is second to none. This is the ONLY used car dealer I have ever done business with that tells you upfront what might be imperfect about the car, but then offers to take care of any problems you may have. The car I purchased is PERFECT! That's why this is the third Mercedes I have bought from this dealership. The first one I brought, I came back and traded up for a newer and better model and now I'm back for a third newer and better model. The owner, Mark, takes pride in his selections and strives for absolute customer satisfaction. His employees are chips that didn't fall far from his tree of excellent customer service. They always treat me and every customer like you are the only one on the lot. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a near perfect condition used vehicle. You will pay much less than anywhere else. Buying from Action Auto, there is NO buyers remorse; NO haggling or pressure; NO used car dealer lies.
