I met one of the employees at a different shop they also work at a while ago, and they told me if I ever need a car to give them a call. So when my wifes mazda was totaled and we were ready to get a new car I called Sara and she met us here and showed us some options.
We test drove 2 cars, a bmw and a passat. We decided to go with the passat.  We had already been preapproved for a car loan through our bank at 9% apr and were planning on using them, but sara suggested we also call pacific marine and they approved me for a 5% rate.  She didn't have to do that, ln fact it made the process take a little longer than it would have, but she put in the extra effort to help me save money and my wife and i really appreciated that. She sold us the car for almost $2000 under kelly blue book also.  Ive never been so well taken care of before while buying a car.  Process was easy, simple, and I got a good deal and a good experience. - Anthony

Loved the paint job I got through there shop however, it started to crack and chip and they painted pieces that shouldn't have been painted, not very impressed through there shop at all.
