I checked out this place because of the good reviews and they live up to the hype. The customer service was outstanding. I had a couple guys spend about two hours showing me what they had to offer. They were knowledgeable about the cars and I just had a good feeling they wernt trying to push me into buying something I didn't want. I got a sweet Volkswagen for an excellent price. Check the place out. Good selection, crazy good price tags.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, unless your ready for a head ache.  I purchased a Ford f350 from them.  They were quick to ask for money to hold the vehicle, paper work was done and my understanding was they were going to bullet proof my truck and would be ready in 2 weeks, mind you this is in the month of July. After several mechanics working on the truck I drove my truck off the lot in September, still not working right they said truck needed to be driven. so i drove it home, went to work the next day and truck broke down.  All work was done at there Lot.  so in order to get rid of the head ace there head man in sales department "GAVE ME" a bumper to bumper warrenty out of there pocket to get truck fixed at a ford dealership.  to find out that the motor was a bad motor and warrenty company was not going to cover motor.   So finally after months of not having a vehicle, I finally got my truck in January 7 months later while after making 7 payments and insurance payments i got my truck with a new motor.  I go to pick up truck and they wanted to charge me $1900 for them fixing the truck said i was responsible  for the bill and for the motor blowing up and on top of that they took away the bumper to bumper warranty. also  The warranty that came with the new motor they took that from me too, saying that is to cover them not me. you would think after all my troubles they would be kind to give that to me. no way,  I still had to Pay out of my pocket $1000 for them to release my truck to me after it was fixed.  But wait it gets better I also sold my truck on consignment with them which also. They sold it in September and as of todays date. feburary 21 they still have not paid me my money.   So buyers be ware this dealer is horrible.  the mechanic that worked on my truck that said it was fixed when it wasn't is still there head mechanic. so i would recommend if you buy from them make sure you get everything up front in your contract ask to take your vehicle to get your own inspection before you buy and or negotiate at least a 2 month warranty.  during this entire ordeal the only person who would return calls or text and tried to help out was a sales guy named Keith only guy that was helpful.  as to there head guy in the sales department after taking my $1000 on top of what i paid for the truck and still have things that were supposed to have been fixed that still were never addressed or fixed  he had the nerve to ask me to give him  a good review on Yelp.   well i hope that the truth of this yelp helps out all the buyer that wonder on your lot. buyers beware.

Where to start is a thoughtful question due to so many negative things I have to say about this dealership. The most incompetent and low-class dealer I have ever visit. Below is a chronological order of how things occurred: 
1)	Reviewed a car on their website that I liked. I called to see if it was still available and they said yes. So, I went to the dealer the same day I called to find out that the car was not in their lot and that was taken by the owner’s wife for a ride (I was like you are kidding, right? Well not). So, I really liked the car and I was willing to work with them and wait for the car that was promised to be at their lot by the next day and they were going to call me before noon the following day to test drive the car. 
2)	But during the first visit I gave all the pertinent information to finance the car and be ahead of the process when the car arrived the following day. Well during this journey, the finance manager had to call the owner to review the application (mmh, so what are you there for). Okay I still wanted to be understanding with them, despite their inefficiency. 
3)	To not make the story so long because it is boring. The outcome was as follows: I waited 2 days for them to call me back since my visit and that never happened, when I finally called them, their answer was that they have not have time to review the paperwork and the car was still not in the lot. To wait for them to call me back the next day before noon with an update. (Please note that we are talking about days of waiting with not results whatsoever). Of course, the phone call never occurred and when I finally called again, they said that the car was not on sale but was in their website and that they did not have time to review the paperwork and it would be best if I look at another car. 
Not sure how they are in business but soon they will be out of business. They are a joke of a dealership and have no knowledge of what a customer means to them. Please marines and soldiers, do not stop there even if you think the cars are nice, these guys are scammers and liars. Please go to a real dealership, that has inventory and is able to get you in a car on the same day. I recommend asking for an uber ride to the Escondido dealerships or Carlsbad. These guys are a rip off and the most arrogant people ever, and it is not business. Not to mention that the owner’s wife and son go and get any car they want and drive it until they like to, it does devalue the car, and it is a liability to sell cars that are not in the conditions listed, and since the wife and son are driving these cars then who knows what happens to them and how many miles they drive them for. 
You don’t have to go through this bad experience, just don’t go there. 
P.S. I went to Norm Reeves Irvine and got the car in 2 hours with paperwork included!! Sorry but in this market the bigger fish have better chances and this dealer is a little fish with almost no chance to evolved and they are not real business people they are a JOKE.

Owned my car for a little over a month now. Got pulled over because apparently i had an illegal tint i didnt know about. Cop also informed me that my car had a salvaged title. Great!

This car dealership is a questionable operation. The sales guy was to interested in his phone then trying to sell a vehicle. Unfortunately their inventory is substandard and filthy. Avoid this car lot at all costs.
