I'm giving three stars because although I experienced some problems, the Parts/ Maintenance Manger, I believe his name was Carlos, went out of his way to clear everything up. He was professional and friendly the entire time as well. I had called ahead to get a price point for an oil change for my 2017 Rogue and the lady I spoke too looked up the price and quoted me $35. I show up to my appointment and the cashier told me the oil change was going to be $70, and although most new oil changes are priced at the higher end, I was shocked because I was told my oil change was only going to be $35. They ended up charging me $45 plus tax and they gave me a quick car wash and vacuum but it did take about 4 hours to complete. I was thankful they solved the confusion as best they could and tried to keep their Nissan family happy.

I randomly got Trevor as my salesperson, and was so grateful that I did. He was super helpful, very professional and incredibly patient. He truly listened to what I wanted and what I needed. And then found me a car that fit my individual needs. Sounds weird, but he was the least “salesy” salesperson I worked with (and I went to a lot of car dealerships). 

The sales manager—think his name was Ali-- was awesome. I expected a hard sell and high pressure and he was just the opposite. Don’t get me wrong, he did all he could to sell me a car, but was super professional and provided me with excellent customer service. 

I will DEFINITELY refer colleagues, friends and family to Mossy Nissan Oceanside. And will tell them to ask for both of these sales professionals, because that’s what they were, super professional.

Not the best buying experience with my new 370z. Realistically they just want to take your money and send you on your way, its all for their benefit. Typical salesman which were actually (really uninformed with vehicle specs) and will lie to your face and try to trick you into a different car to make the sale. Almost 9 hours spent here as well (mostly sitting alone with my girlfriend). The finance manager Tom is a nice dude though.

This is where I got my 2017 Nissan Sport Rouge. Eddie and Kamal helped me in the process, they did a wonderful job in getting me the right price and payments. I don’t regret anything about it, the service was a 10/10 and this car give me amazing gas mileage. When ever I need to get my car serviced it’s done well and efficiently. I will be a forever customer. I recommend this location to friends and family.

Overwhelmed, no direction of staff, In addition, terrible customer service. Unfortunately, these are some of the reasons why my next car will not be at this dealership.

The DMV sent a letter stating that due to a recall, the dealership must correct an issue before they could present my registration for this year. I went to Oceanside dealership, explained the situation and they told me that due to overwhelming numbers of cars they needed to fix, the car wouldn’t be fixed in 4 weeks! I told them that was unacceptable, as they registration will expired and fees would ensued. Their response was "that’s too bad".  

I strongly recommend the manager reviews there current operations for situations like this and to re train there employees on basic customer service!
