For over a week I requested pictures of the underside of a vehicle because i lived 400 miles from the dealership.   They kept saying the guy that takes pictures is out right now and that they'd get them sent for me.  Apparently none of them know how to send a cell phone pic via text.  Never got back to me then ignored my calls.

I was recently involved in a car accident and decided to buy a car and pay cash, I went to Action auto sales in Morganville pay 5,500 and they sold me a piece of garbage, I even pay for 3 months warranty and I never got any help, now I own a junk and I called them and they acted stupid never offered any help! My car has a problem with the engine which was supposed to be cover by the warranty but they refused to pay for it because the fake dealer sold the car with the problem. never again

There is a way to delete reviews. I posted a review and it then disappeared so I had to post another review. You must be mistaking me with someone else who had looked at the bmw. I was never told that there was a deposit on it. I never called or contacted anyone about it. I saw it online, came to the dealership, and after waiting nobody showed up so I came back later. The person there said that someone had wanted to finance the car and the financing fell through. That is what I was told. So basically I never insisted on coming to see a car that was sold. You are confusing me with another customer. I know that for a fact because when I called again to complain about the poor customer service at your dealership and mentioned that I had looked at that bmw, someone asked me if I was from new york. I'm from new jersey. Of course I didn't say anything negative about the car when I came back from driving it. I wanted to be able to sit down and talk about the condition and have my mechanic look at it. You're wrong telling me that I don't know how to drive a manual transmission. I've been driving stick for a long time and I know what I'm doing. I've driven many bmw's that were manual so I know what the clutch and the gearbox in a bmw feel like. The only reason I called BMW of Freehold was to find out that I needed to report your business to the Better Business Bureau. I didn't just make phone calls to play phone tag with people. I didn't think it was right for you to sell that car to someone who doesn't know much about cars. You basically lied to them and to me. I didn't write a review because I was insulted that you hung up the phone. I wrote the review to warn people not to buy cars from you. I actually know a lot about cars, and it's good that someone finally realized that you are ripping people off who don't know much about cars. You also have no right to look at my other reviews. That's my business. The other review I posted made perfect sense. It just shows that it's deja vu every single time I go to look at a car. The salesman doesn't know anything about the car or where it is, the car is in bad shape, the car is overpriced, the car should really be wholesaled, etc. There's a handful of dealerships with good honest salesman, and your dealership is not one of them. I wouldn't buy a car from you if you were the last car dealership in the state of new jersey, and I hope that the Better Business Bureau stops you from taking advantage of innocent people.

Buyer Beware, Action Autos located at 2 Route 9 off of Texas Road in Morganville/Sayreville is NOT a licensed dealership, I found this out the hard way. I purchased a 2005 Hyundai sonata from them with a three month warranty. Two days after the purchase the check engine went on so I took it to a local mechanic who informed me that the check engine had been turned off. When I called the dealership about this he called me a liar refused to fix anything and hung up on me. When I contacted the better business bureau I learned that the owner does NOT have proper licencing to run a dealership and that the state is currently putting together a case against him for at least 10 other disputes with faulty cars and fraud. He has changed his name at least three times to avoid court hearings but hopefully he will be going to court soon, until then I just wanted to warn anyone looking for a used car to avoid making the same mistake I did.
