I'm giving them 2 stars because of how their sales men treated me and went over his way and gave me a ride back home to take my old car then get the one i bought, however i bought the car in march, a 2009 Honda accord accordingly to the paperwork with a working A/C, I was told to put warranty on the car, right i did that, no later than 15 days it was warm enough I decided and tested the A/C, and it failed, I called the dealer and a technician told me i needed to call 30 days after the car was bought because it would raise a flag on their system. They gave me an appointment and told me it was not covered by the warranty, they sold me a car with a bad A/C, they charged me 185 to recharge the AC and 2 weeks later it failed again. I decided to fix it my self and spent 30 dollars at autozone, A/C is good and car was paid off in 1 yr, would never go back would go to academy Honda or any other dealer but not this one

I had an awesome experience at Freehold Hyundai because of my great product specialist, Karen Lignelli. She helped us negotiate for an awesome leasing deal on an awesome car. I will definitely come back in 3 years when the lease is over to look for a new car.

Came in to purchase my first new car EVER! The sales staff was attentive to my family, which included two toddlers who wanted to sit in every new car. We were there for a great amount of time, and pizza was ordered and tickets to the fun park near by was given to us because of the wait! This was a very pleasant experience! GO THERE! NOW!

Commitment To Customer Excellence..Kumar,Ray and Jeremiah we're absolutely fantastic too me and my wife as well as the entire staff at Freehold Hyundai..They were professional,knowledgeable and extremely committed to helping us achieve our brand new Hyundai Santa Fe..Thank You guys so much!! Karen gave me a good experience of car buying. such a nice place. no tricks no hidden fees etc. very clear about the price of a car. In short everything is excellent
