This past weekend I had the most pleasant and excellent experience at Ray Catena of Freehold.  All of the associates and managers were top notch and literally made my dreams come true in becoming a Mercedes owner. There was no hassling or haggling. Everyone was straight forward and to the point. This was literally the easiest car buying experience that I've ever had. When I came to pick up the vehicle,  I anticipated the long wait and process of signing paperwork. My car was literally ready and waiting to be driven home. I would highly recommend Ray Catena Mercedes of Freehold to anyone in the the process of purchasing/leasing a vehicle.

Chris is a excellent sales man, he sold me the exact vehicle I was looking for, he understands what customer needs. He was very professional and made us feel comfortable, satisfied in whole car buying process.I would recommend Chris above any other salesman. He was honest with me in the whole process.

I was trying to give you guys a survey about your service advisory Micheal L. 
I was very please with Micheal. He is very professional and easy to work with it. He helped me to get the service records for the car, so I can get the right service I needed it. He also give me a called 1 week later to make sure everything is alright. I would suggest with my friends who own a Mercedes to come to freehold Mercedes get the service done. well done Micheal!

I don't know about you, but, I always thought that shopping for a new car was like preparing for a battle.  Be ready for the endless back and forth between the sales person and their financial managers, the pressure up-sales for under carriage protection, etc.  None of that was needed here.  With Chris Popin and Ray Catena of Freehold I had a totally new experience.  It was as easy as pie.  No battle, no financial manager, no pressure sales, just Chris and his expertise.  What a pleasant experience it was to deal with Chris in getting into a beautiful C43AMG Coupe.  
Easy, pleasant, wonderful....the way it should be.

Well, all I can say is that Chris Popin is a wonderful person who is knowledgeable, honest and does his best to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied. He doesn’t mind going extra mile to make things work for you. I had a great time working with him and Ray Catena MB – Freehold.  Strongly recommend them to everyone looking to own a star
