Bob and his crew were great. Since our furniture was going into storage they carefully wrapped all items and did an excellent and reasonable job. Having moved 7 times with company moves I feel I speak with some experience.

Can I give zero stars?  Bob showed up an hour late (11am - this guy doesn't start before 10am).  He spent hours trying to jigsaw my stuff in his truck because he underestimated the load.  At 4pm, he told me that we needed another truck and charged me 'at cost' for the truck (he rents trucks and doesn't own them) because it all wouldn't fit and two additional hours to complete the job (for a total of 10 hours/3 workers).  My furniture was damaged along with my carpets and walls.  Little to no care was taken, and Bob is a real jerk.  We argued about the price and he refused to discount the hours despite the fact that time was wasted trying to jam everything in one truck.  If I didn't help load stuff and unload who knows how many more hours I would have to pay.  He was rude to my wife when she showed him the damage.  At which point, I had to ask him multiple times to leave my house.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have to say that Bob and his team did and excellent job for us on our recent move. I contacted Bob and within 1 day he was at our storage facility with his team ready to move us to our new home. They were on time each day for us. Bobs team was very courteous and helpful with everything they did with our move. I did a lot of research on the internet on moving companies and I was shock with all the scamming that goes along. Not with this company.. The price we were  quoted was the price we paid and all the work was performed with only the best care.
I would recommend Action Moving to any of my friends or family......

Three guys showed up with a big truck to move a TV.  They admitted later that they didn't properly secure the TV and the straps didn't hold.  Therefore the TV moved around the inside of the truck and the case was damaged and cord insulation was worn off in places.  They were negligent and incompetent.  I would NOT recommend this company.

I contracted this group for my move.  I was to get 3 guys to move us with a minimum of 5 hours.  They show up with 2 guys not 3.  I was there with 2 family members working non stop to help load and unload the truck we worked for 5 hours.  When it came time to settle up, the owner would not discount the price of the move, becuase it was at the minimum 5 hours even though he provided 2/3 of the contracted man power.  The only reason it wasnt over the minimum, is becuase my family was there to make up the slack of the missing guy.  The guy we talked to was Bob, i would not recomend using this company.
