Had a great experience at this uhaul location. The staff was very informed on all company policies and pricing allowing for an easy transaction (a much needed break during a stressful moving period). I will definitely be returning to this location for any truck rental needs, and look forward to ongoing pleseant interactions with them.

Poor customer service! The guy in there had no idea what I was talking about when I told him we had reserved a SuperMover. U-haul trademarked the term in reference to their 26' moving truck. It's on their website, and is also written on the truck! Still had no idea what I was talking about. 

He also couldn't pause his in depth conversation with the other associates regarding truck engines for five minutes while he completed our transaction. So much so that, he didn't even hear the questions I was asking him about after-hours returns. Had to ask twice.

I've been in Sales, who trains these guys?!?

I have rented mutiple trailers from this location over the years, and they have always been efficient with my reservations.

Good uhaul to deal with. Had everything I need receipt a furniture dolly.

Very Bad location....manager and employees not professional....screwed wiring in my car, and refused to provide alternative rental....very slow service, no solution for a problem they made, had to loss lots of money because if them....GO TO A DIFFERENT UHALL LOCATION....BECARFUL AGAIN....NEVER GONTO THIS FRAZER LOCATION.
