My review is on the Ideal Protein diet offered through this establishment.  Ideal Protein is the best diet I have ever been on.  I have tried every diet, all Big Name Diets ... Jenny Craig, Nutri System, and Weight Watchers, watched what I ate, etc., nothing worked.  I had back pain and was going to Dr. Sarah Lawson for treatments.  She kept talking about trying Ideal Protein.                                                                                                                            

I  asked my husband if he cared if I tried Ideal Protein.  Knowing all the others diets I had tried he asked “what makes you think this one will be different?”  My only reply was cause I haven’t tried this one yet… so why not. I never deviated from the daily food, water, and supplements that were required.  I actually saw the weight come off in the mirror. I feel great, I have loads of energy, was not hungry, and best of all, my back pain subsided!  I lost 70 pounds and 48 inches.  Guess it worked!  It really had me change my eating habits. I have learned valuable nutritional information to ensure I keep the weight off and look great.  

I must tell you in the most clinical and objective manner possible that one of the reasons this program has worked for me is because of Dr. Sarah. Anyone else could share the information and distribute the product…she brings something much more powerful. First, she knows her stuff…she takes her training very seriously; second, she has as much compassion as she does firmness and; third, and most importantly…she is not a salesman…she is this wonderful guide who has taken me to success …for the first time….after so many failures.

I definitely recommend this program----it truly is a healthy way to lose the weight and develop and maintain a healthy eating lifestyle.  If you’re thinking about it, give it a try.  What do you have to lose … except that weight!

Sarah and Dave are the best.  They really are the best when it comes to whole health coaches.  Not only are they great chiropractors, but they go well beyond and look at lifestyle and nutrition. I am not exaggerating when I say that they have changed my life.

Dr. Krueger and Dr. Lawson have been my go to chiropractors after an injury left me  unable to walk without pain.  They worked with me until I was able to return to my active lifestyle.  They are truly wonderful people and they care so much about their patients.  I will use them for as long as they will keep seeing me... and now my husband and I am sure my kids as well!

This place is amazing!  I tried them out after seeing a different chiropractor for years and never looked back.  They also have a great diet program Ideal Protein that I lost 20 pounds from in less than three months.  I highly recommend them.

If you're looking for a chiropractor look no further. Drs. Krueger and Lawson are awesome! Very knowledgeable and have a great bedside manner. They really care for their patients and are THE BEST!
