Took my 2.5 year old here over the weekend, and had a very positive experience.  We didn't wait long at all, Dr. A was very gently with my daughter and was able to get us antibiotics started that day.  
We will definitely be coming back instead of waiting hours at our normal peds office for things like an ear infection or pink eye.
Highly recommend going here!!

I took my son there a few months ago.  He had recently come back from his college spring break and had a blister on his foot.  I didn't notice the blister until late on a Sunday night and thought it might be infected, so I googled somewhere to go as I was advised my insurance wouldn't pay for an ER visit for a blister.  I called ahead as it was 9:30pm and I wanted to ensure they would be there when I got there at 9:45pm.  The person assured me they would be there, so off we went.  When we got there, the doctor was the only person still there.  He looked at my son's foot and said it wasn't the blister on his foot he was concerned with, but his knee (it was swollen and we had been to our orthopaedic practice the day before where we were told it was likely a torn ACL) as it was red and hot to the touch.  He called ahead to Hinsdale Hospital and told us we needed to go there immediately.  My son ended up having staph and strep A (also known as flesh eating bacteria) infections in his leg.  Two surgeries and 7 days later, he was released from the hospital with a PICC in his arm that required 3 antibiotic treatments a day for 30 days.  We were very lucky he didn't lose his leg or worse.  Without having gone to this clinic, I am not sure what would have happened.  We are eternally grateful to the doctor who got it right and was thorough enough to follow up with us as well.  I wish I knew his name - but those days were a blur for our family.  Many, many thanks from Connor's family!!!

The staff and doctors are great, I was able to take my son later in the day as they close at 9:30 pm. Call ahead and verify your insurance will pay for this clinic ahead of time.FYI, more of an insurance issue,when they prescribe medication your insurance may not cover it or need additional paperwork form the doctor. I think this is one of the best clinics but do verify with insurance what is covered. Thank you to all the staff

Had a fall and i needed x ray. This place was great. They did xray and put me in a brace. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I took my daughter in for cold like symptoms and rashes on her face. I felt as if we were being rushed. I was not even able to fully finish filling out the paperwork for her to be seen. The physician didn't thoroughly look at my child. I was told it just looked like scratches and that she had dry skin, to get some aquiphor. As time went by, the rashes started getting larger and spreading all over her body. A few weeks later, I take her elsewhere, the same rashes that caught my concern are now told to me that they are ringworms. An issue that has now grown larger because we were rushed and not properly taken care of. I'm now livid and call the urgent care back to inform them how I felt about their services and credentials. One of the managers responds to me with "well, this is an immediate care facility, meaning our job is to get you'll in and out as fast as possible." That is unacceptable and wrong!
