I received great customer service. During the airbag inflater recall replacement, the staff ran a general analysis that showed several areas of concern as well as areas that were in good condition. JR was great at explaining each area and prioritizing work to fit my budget. He also explained a current coupon offer that applied to my work. He handled everything from beginning to end very professionally. When I picked up my car, there was extra savings because all the repairs were in the same area, so only one labor charge.  JR and Acura looked out for me. Thank you.

I came in today to have my oil changed. When I got out of my car I saw Marc Anthony who left to work for Puyallup Honda. He was back at Seattle Acura. I was pleased to see him return. He took care of me like he had done so before he left. His service hospitality is superior. I always feel confident and I trust him with my Acura.

Extremely efficient service. I needed regular maintenance on my Acura and I called all of the top-rated Seattle area mechanics and service centers for a quote. This place was by far the least expensive. I drove in without an appointment on a busy Saturday and they were able to get the service done and wash the car in under an hour. They found a significant leak in my power steering but didn't pressure me to fix it, they actually suggested continuing to watch it and refilling the fluid as needed given the car's value and the cost of the repair. The only down side is that this place charges for each step of the way - any diagnostic will be a charge. Besides that, I can't see a reason not to go here for Acura service.

Acura of Seattle has exclusively sold and serviced my 2003 Acura MDX.  The 245,000 trouble free miles and reasonably priced service bills speak to the effectiveness of their service dept for over 10 years.  Their Service Advisers are the very best.  They have a pleasant waiting area too.

John Kim was great! He explained what type of service was being completed. I was limited on time and he quickly got me in and out of there with a serviced, washed and vacuumed car. He advised me of future repairs needing to be done and estimated cost. Will definitely go back and see him.
