Friendly staff, helpful service team, and most of all Grant Mushlian was one of the most professional staff members of the entire experience. For a girl buying a car who isn't very car-savvy, he made this an easy, smooth task. 

Would recommend anyone to this dealership.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Acura on Brant and dealt with a great salesperson named Tim. He was very professional and helpful with any questions and concerns I had! I felt like a VIP the entire experience. Would recommend to everyone!!

Hello I recently purchased a car at this dealer ship. It was quite a disappointing experience. I strongly recommend against the " lease guard package" they tried to slip into the final agreement even though I clearly asked for the terms and conditions ( which are terrible ) before making a final decision.  I also lost a perfectly good set of snow tires that it was made clear I wanted back from the trade in. Expect lots of the typical car sales shenanigans and selective amnesia / you should have told so and so nonsense. etc.. 

I hear the service department is excellent. Lets hope so.

I recently used Acura on Brant, and had Tim as a saleman. He was great super helpful answering all my question and not rushing me into something I would not like. Would highly recommend using him, He was very professional and experienced.

Recently dealt with Cherie Hoffmann. Any previous dealings I had with the sales staff and manager at AoB was sub-standard.. She presented herself extremely knowledgeable and most approachable with regards to the product knowledge and especially Financing options I was looking into.  She was professional and enthusiastic with the service inquiries. Great leadership and customer service skills. She is what the face of Acura on Brant should reflect at a leadership level. I will continue to bring and send business to AoB as long as she is there.  Thank you.
