I lived here for almost two years. The apartment was decent, can hear a lot of noise from neighbors but nothing my fiance any I couldn't live with. Over the summer we happened across an opportunity we could not pass up to purchase our first house and requested to break the lease. We went in and signed the acknowledgement and paid the required fee and were told that we would be responsible for the rent until the apartment was rented out. We had about 7 months left and while this was not ideal, we thought it was reasonable given we were breaking the lease. Once we moved out I was told that we had to pay the rent as normal and if was rented that month we would not get any refund back. This is illegal as I found out later. The first month after we moved out I was out of town and discovered that they had stopped my ability to pay the rent online as I had when I lived there. I had to get a family member from out of town to drive up and pay the rent while I was out of town on business. Once I returned I went to speak to the manager Whitney to find out why this was the case as well as discuss the bill I was sent for the entire rent of my apartment, the garage, and late fees for rent that was not yet due. This was also marked "Due Upon Receipt." Given our previous discussions as to how we would handle the lease break, I was more than a little distressed at this large bill. While meeting with Whitney I was told that the bill didn't mean I had to pay it right now, that it was just how they had to handle things... A note explaining this would have went a long way or perhaps explaining this when I turned in the keys. I was then told that we would in a fact get a partial refund which was good news! The next month our apartment was rented. This was fantastic news, we would finally get back the deposit money and partial rent. Given the fact we just purchased a house, this was a great blessing as we could really use it. So recently, I get my "final statement" that shows our credit balance minus all the rent money for the garage for the remainder of the lease. The garage was an addendum to the lease and when I asked to keep the garage previously for an additional month I was told that is impossible because it is part of the apartment lease. So they have now taken $525 of refund to pay for a garage I cannot access without explanation. I have called repeatedly and the manager is always in meetings and never returns my call. At this point I would not recommend this place to anyone as there seem to be some shady practices going on and the management leaves something to be desired.

My wife found the team to be the friendliest office she has visited so far in Huntsville, and the community and price is "Spot On" and we have been recommended by one of the current residents who are renewing their lease again! The community and staff really deserve 10 stars! Thanks for letting me share.

I have lived in this complex for a month now, and I cannot complain at all. The rooms are beautiful. The lighting at night makes the complex look like a resort. Whitney, Amanda, Michael, and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Also, everything is within a few minutes (driving).

The females who work there are pretty stuck up and rude. Maintenance is good and the apartments are nice but very pricey. Take out your garbage daily or lines of ants will invade your apartment for weeks and the exterminator isn't too helpful.

This apartmment complex is roughly 3 years old and is still growing. Its absolutely beauitiful, it offers granite counter tops in some, garden style tubs, car wash, fire pit by the pool. Only place that I could find a nice 2 bedroom and bath under $1,000. So here's the problem, the leasing consultant may profile you, so you won't be able to live here. My first visit about 3 months ago was great, a guy named Micheal showed us 3 of the 2 bedrooms. At that time, my boyfriend and I were both looking for new jobs. So we waited until we knew for sure we could afford this place we both loved. Well, about a week ago, we went by trying to see if we qualifiied. We both only had 2 pay stubs each ,but had about 3 weeks to move so we asked what we could do. We were told to subsitute the third required pay stub with a LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT. At that visit we were also informed that we must submit both the application fee and security deposit at the same time. So we each get letters and provided $380 in money orders. However, this visit we were told we must submit a JOB OFFER LETTER or wait a week and submit our third pay stubs. So I don't know about you, but that seems backwards because it would have made more sense that the JOB OFFER letter be rejected for the LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT as both state the exact same information except one letter states you were OFFERED the POSITION while the second states you ARE EMPLOYED at your business of work. At this point my boyfriend wanted to abandon the idea of living here. I on the other hand, recognized something was weird, but thought well maybe they just want the three pay stubs. So we wait a week to return on yesterday. This time we were told both craftsman ($860) units were now rented and we had the option to wait til november or shoot for a craftsman premier($880). So both ocasions when I tried to fill out the money orders I was told to wait. Now currently I work part time for $8. So.... 8 × 20= 160, 160 x 4.3 = 688. My boyfriend makes 14.52 x 40 = 580.80, 580.80 x 4.3= 2497.44. So collectively bring in $3,185.44 a month (without my tips and his overtime), you have to make 33% of the rent to reside here, now $880 x 3.3 = $2,904. Now I know i'm only a graduate student studying to be a scientist but $3,185.44>$2,904 correct?!? Well Amanda told us ever so sweetly with a smile on her face we DID NOT qualify for ANY 2 bedroom here. The traditional is $850 by the way. So now we have 2 weeks to find a new place. I started not to write this because I figured this would make me the type of person Amanda thought I was, but then I thought no write it, because people need to know.
