Don't live here. 
At least not long term or unless you are an entomologist or AC repair person. Lots of roaches in my units (and a few crickets, ants, etcs). 
I lived here 3 months during the summer and the AC broke NINE times. Failures included broken duct work, broken fan, freon leak, and bad compressor capacitor. Maintenance kept the ancient  unit patched together and refused to replace it. Their solution was to put a crappier filter (because it couldn't handle pressure of a better one) and put curtains in the livingroom to block whatever light was in there.
Also had plenty of water damage in the bathroom and by the fireplace. Carpet was sticky and smelled like musty cigarette smoke. Appliances barely ran but I'm glad the fridge worked.
I'm sure there are better (newer) apartments in town worth your money...

I moved here in March 2017, until this Friday, August 4, everything was fine, but my apartment was flooded with water because a pipe was rolled up, I notified the problem to maintenance, this person came to see the problem and to help, he closed a key to avoid That the water kept running, he told someone to suck up the water in the apartment and these people left there a machine to absorb moisture and 5 fans, my apartment became an inconvenient place to sleep because of the noise of the machines and the smell. I went to the offices to see how they could help me because I had no place to sleep since it was impossible to sleep in the apartment, a young lady answered me saying that my insurance should pay for all this including hotel if I needed it, but my insurance did not I answered because they do not work on the weekends, finally on Monday August 6 contact me with my insurance but they do not cover this problem, they only cover if I have harmed any damage, I went back to the offices and the same lady tells me the same. As these last days have been a nightmare, I had to sleep in other people's houses because with that noise and smell you can not sleep there, the lady never gave me a chance to help me, my expectation was to give me a place to sleep while they Fixed the problem, I am  paying  a considerable rent to live comfortable and without problems, but I think that, my landlord does not care about me. I am very uncomfortable with this situation, I hope someone can help me. I have right and I think some of them are receive help of my landlord in this cases or situations.

I actually haven't had any problems with this apartment but one thing. The bugs are ridiculous!!! Especially in the summer time. I keep my apartment clean on a regular basis even spray raid by the door where I think they are coming in at but they still get in some how. I made a request last Thursday to have pest control to come and spray the inside of my apartment. The leasing office told me they would be coming to my apartment that next day on Friday. I called again Friday morning and someone told me they only come on Tuesdays not Friday. So pest control came Tuesday and sprayed but that's still not keeping them out they are still coming in. It's getting so bad that I woke up in the middle of the night screaming because a bug was in the bed!!!! This is getting way out of hand and insane!! I want to break my lease.

Everything here is smoke and mirrors. On the surface, it seems very nice, which makes sense considering its monthly price. I have lived here for a year. It is not nice.

Whenever a new potential tenant shows up, they brag about several things:

* Their six swimming pools (that are barely ever open and are filthy when they are)

* Their fireplaces in the units (that are missing parts and will just fill your fireplace with smoke, even if the flue is open)

* Their well-kept grounds (but my apartment has never once been sprayed for pests, which it desperately needs because the entire complex is infested with gigantic roaches)

* Dishwashers in the kitchens (that cover your dishes in white film because of the incredible hardness of the water, yet no water softener in sight)

* Central heat and air (that isn't powerful enough to cover your whole apartment, so you'd better close some vents and decide which rooms you want to be hot/cold in).

Everything in these apartments is bafflingly poorly designed. My spray hose on my sink doesn't work because the water source valve is placed so that the hose always loops around it. My mailbox isn't even in my block of apartments-- and my mailbox number doesn't correspond to my apartment number! Do not live here. Live anywhere else but here.
