Love my new cut from Adriana!
I have challenging naturally curly hair and Adriana gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had!    
I usually put off getting my hair cut to once or twice a year because it is hard to find a stylists who truely knows how to cut naturally curly hair.  I was so excited when I left Adriana's Beauty Salon yesterday and realized I can get my hair cut on a regular basis again. Thank you Adriana!!

I cannot begin to explain to you all the anger I have towards the woman who owns this salon and her employee! First of all, My mom has been going to Adriana for quite sometime now. My mom has GORGEOUS hair, just beautiful and since I moved to another state and couldn't do her hair anymore, I was happy knowing that she found a place and a stylist that she liked. Adriana ( the owner ) was the only one taking care of my moms beautiful thick abundant hair and eventhough I went there once to get a blowbry and was NOT impressed At All with her color / cutting / blow drying techniques, I decided not to say anything because She was doing good with my moms, until 2 days ago. She decide to stop by her Salon and see if she could get a Trim, mind you she had been growing her hair for a good couple of years. Adriana was busy but told my mom that her assistant ( some woman from Venezuela) would take great care of her and that she would be standing right by her side to check that everything was going good with the service. My mom, eventhough she wasn't 100% convinced, thought,  its literally A TRIM, 1/2 an inch tops. So the first thing that happened was that this woman takes my mom to the shampoo bowl to wash her hair and puts NO TOWEL under her neck ( something WE hairdressers always do ), so her sweater gets wet, second thing was the AWFUL shampoo she gave her, I guess it was the WORSE shampoo she has gotten, apparently this woman wouldn't even get her scalp wet, it almost felt like she either didn't know what she was doing AT ALL, or she didn't want to touch my moms head/hair or something but my mom had to ask her to rinse her hair better because she still had shampoo that needed to be rinsed and The Worse the Absolute WORSE... THE HAIRCUT!!! OMG! I have no words to describe what this woman did to my poor moms hair! My moms hair was pretty much one lenghth, almost to her shoulders and just gorgeous, tons of body and super healthy and shiny and it had just a couple of long layers but that was it... until this monster who cut her hair DESTROYED IT! My mom said JUST A TRIM!! Today, I saw her hair for the first time and I had No words, it literally looks like 5 different cuts in one... looks like someone grabbed an old lawn mower and went to town in my moms hair. I have been doing hair professionally since 2001, and I have NEVER IN MY LIFE seen anything like it! 
I BLAME YOU ADRIANA! As a professional, I WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFE GIVE ONE OF MY CLIENTS TO MY ASSISTANT unless I KNOW THAT I CAN TRUST THEM 100%! That woman wasn't even trained on how to properly wash someone's hair! My mom is almost 60 years old, She is a classy lady and TRSTED YOU and YOU RUINED HER!!! HOW DARE YOU AND THEN YOU HAD THE GUTS TO SAY "LOOKS NICE" REALLY?! I heard that the amount of hair that was on the floor was so much No One would have ever believe that she got a trim. And after she told you that she didn't like it You said, Come tomorrow so I can fix it?!! FIX WHAT?! THERE IS NO FIXING THAT!!! WHAT YOU NEED TO FIX IS YOUR EMPLOYEE LIST! Is that woman licensed?!  Hair hair is gone, she has CHUNKS OF HAIR MISSING EVERYWHERE, and tons of different lenghts and a rat tail on thr back LIKE A MULLET! I AM DISGUSTED 
YOU NEED TO OFFER MY MOTHER A WIG! You destroyed her hair! You know how important hair can be for a woman! Do the right thing!!!!!
