Janet is wonderful, I always feel and look great when I get my hair done there

Had my hair done by the owner of teh salon.  I went in asking for red low lights and didn't want them to obvious (I said - not tiger stripes).  She did not try to show pictures to get a real image of what I wanted.  We picked a color together and when it was all done, I COULD NOT SEE THE CHANGE.  I paid and left, but I did mention that I couldn't really see it.  So I called back asking her to redo it at her convenience.  Our schedules clashed, but she eventually picked a time that worked.  We picked a darker color and took bigger peices.  At the end I wanted to tip her again so I asked if she could charge my card $0, under the impression that the correction was on her.  But she ended up charging me a second time (at least it was half price).  At least I can see the color now, but it still looks like something I could have done out of a box.  It is not defined like the picture I showed her and some of the roots still aren't colored.
