I went to Advance Auto Parts to get a new wiper blade and investigate a check engine light that had come on earlier that day.  I was fortunate enough to meet Greg.  He installed the new wiper blade, checked my codes and even wrote them down for me.  Then, after I locked my keys in my car, he even pulled a slim Jim from inventory when he couldn't find the store's, so I could try unlocking my door.  And when that failed (not a great day for me), he helped me locate a locksmith and let me know when he had arrived because I was on the phone.  In all of this he showed professionalism and compassion.

Greg definitely went above and beyond his job today, and made a tough day for me that much easier.  From now on, this is my car parts store!

The guys here have been really helpful when I needed a car part at the last minute. If they didn't have the part I needed, they were able to look at other stores or suggest other businesses. Really there to help you!

I bought my parts here and the employee was super nice. He told me that I could work in the parking lot as long as I cleaned it up. An hour into working on on my car some young guy with brown hair starting asking questions. Who told you you could do that here. You can get us in trouble with the city if the trash isn't cleaned up. I said the guy inside told me that I could work out here and I'm gonna clean up my own mess. Rudest guy ever. Never coming back to the store again after I just spent $200 today.
