Went in to get an estimate to see what it would cost to fix the back side of my computer.  The person at the front desk told me he would look at it and call me back with the cost of replacing the back side of the computer.  Day and a half later I get a call informing me that the cost of replacement and labor would be $250.00 dollars. I declined repairs and went to pick up my pc.  When I arrived I was told I owed the PC Center $45.00 for diagnosis. I informed the person at the counter that I did not have diagnosis, but simply had a estimate on replacing my back panel.  Well needless to say was very upset.  Tried to reason with the owner, who just told me sorry cant do anything for you.    Please beware I am not a person who takes time to write reviews but I thought this was a bit out of the ordinary.  Thank you

This is a long, long, LONG overdue review of this place. The repair crew here are very friendly and very clear about what they're doing to do, and they care about your hardware and its software setup. Turnaround time is pretty quick, and their callback communication has been 100% every time. I have a complex audio setup on my PC; PC Center is sensitive to this and has an eye for detail and only fixes what needs to be fixed, without messing up any settings needed for the work that I do. They've also custom-built a few PCs for me and they know what they're doing, and their opinions on what components should go with what are well-informed. There's no other place I'd bring my PC.

I have had the best service from these guys.  They've been around for a while, i've been over there a few times.  Very trustworthy!
