!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!! 

An absolutely terrible experience at this store. First thing is they pushed me into a phone by stating false facts about it. I looked the phone up and found that many of the things they were saying weren't true. The phone they put me into is buggy, slow, likes to freeze up. That's the least of the issues. When I got my bill I had been charged over DOUBLE of what I was supposed to be charged. It turned out that there was two voice lines active and both of them had international calling turned on. I went in to discuss it and the assistant Manager, Nicole brushed it off as a system error. Of course I wasn't pleased. She had said she fixed it, she had not. I went to a corporate store and the charges were still there. I also tried to discuss the issue of the phone with her and she brushed that off as well putting the blame on me saying that I didn't come in within the 14 days... I was told by the corporate store that due to my circumstances they would be able to exchange it... She was rude, dismissive. The staff there obviously need to be retrained and I will never.....ever set foot inside of another 3rd party location again. I feel t-mobile should clearly label locations that are 3rd party locations or set stricter rules in place for how these independent stores are ran because in my honest opinion this location is an absolute mad house. I've spent the majority of my day today running between stores, contacting corporate and dealing with cleaning up the mess they made. Disgusting behavior from a cellphone store. Never again! T-mobile almost lost a customer because of this 1.5 star on yelp location.

I was at this store a couple weeks ago, and had the BEST experience with their customer service member Halal. So knowledgeable and helpful! She went above and beyond for me and offered to even to take my SIM card out of my broken phone and inserit it into her personal phone which is something nobody ever has to do. Always going back to this location!!

I was in this store tonight and we experienced wonderful service from Harry. We switched from Verizon with ease and in a timely manner. Harry was very helpful and professional!

Went in to get t-mobile tuesday free backpack and was met by employee  Isela.? My husband asked for the free item of the week. She replied very snarky saying they were out. My husband upset at her snarkiness said maybe we should change carriers which she replied "Yes, you should"and left. I was appalled at her comment. I have been to many t-mobile stores and by far this store/employee gives you a bad name. I think you should pre screen your employees a bit more before hiring them.
