Came in looking to get out of old company and move to sprint. Also need to upgrade and get extra phones for friends and family. Was able to get a smoking deal and expert help with the matter. Very friendly staff that was straight forward and answered all questions, don't get that with the other company. Give 5 stars and would recommend all to go there. Our sale professional (Dean) was extra helpful with sales, set up and had a great sense of humor. Once again would recommend to anyone to switch.

My family and I have been to various Sprint stores through our years with Sprint being our service provider.  About 3 years ago,  we found this particular shop.  Haven't needed to visit any other stores! While they do not fix devices at this location,  they do everything else! And if your phone does need fixing,  they help facilitate the entire process.  They recognize us ever time we are in the store . We've been lucky and had consistent service with the same agent in all our encounters. except one.  And he was just as amassing as Our "usual  guy". John at this Verity Sprint location is absolutely amazing !!! He's been able to help us and always goes above and beyond to ensure our experience is beyond amazing!!!!!! Thank you John for being so amazing and knowledgeable! 
Often times when we are in the store,  it's during downtime.  So although John has been the primary agent working with us,  we've worked with everyone at that location.  When there's only one person in store during a lull in the days business,  the staff isn't just wandering around aimlessly.  They are cleaning,  the store is always very clean.  When they are not cleaning they are checking in stock supply,  and making arrangements for guests to come to their location and even though an item may be out of stock at the location,  they already know which stores,  near and far do have the product,  and already have worked out a variety of ways to get the phone or accessory to the guest,  as quickly as possibly,  with a little inconvenience to the guest! Simply amazing! Love them!
Once the our of stock items are acknowledged,  and planned to get to guests a quickly as possibly,  they come assist with the one guest (and/ Or their family) . The people at this location all work very well together.  Supporting each other! I can't say anything negative for this location.  They're all simply beyond amazing!

Came in to change over to Sprint from Verizon, Dean our sales professional was a great help with this. Ended up getting way more than I wanted with all the great deals offered but with no pressure and had a good time while we waited. Is good to be able have a sense of humor. Spend your money here, it's well worth it.

I always come to this Sprint location! They are very attentive and always quickly take care of whatever phone issues I am having. I go out of my way to come here. Great employees and John has taken care of my new phone updates the passed couple of times with tact and quality customer service! I highly recommend this location and it's staff!

Dean was awesome, he helped me and my sister upgrade our phones and he did really good and it was an easy and smooth process. He would be an awesome manager! Jonathon and Ian were also friendly throughout the entire time we were here !
