I have brought my Audi TT to Advanced European Services for about a year and have had excellent repair and customer service on every visit. This place is very honest and fair repair costs. Sarah always goes above and beyond with excellent customer service and working miracles to fit your car in the repair schedule.  I had unexpected car problems when my radiator hose cracked and leaked all the fluid out. I left my vehicle outside their shop without an appointment. Sarah was able to locate the part and work my vehicle in for repairs in a very busy schedule. Thank you Sarah for also saving me at least 4 days of a rental car bill!

Took my mercedes here after a bad experience with another shop. They have treated me so well, figured out the problem (transmission seal leak) and helped me understand what was going on. They even helped me fix a leak for free! Great staff and great service. Very thankfull to have found a honest car shop

Brought my car in for an estimate, they called me 4 hours later and couldn't logically explain the problem with my car but told me I needed to buy a bunch of parts to have installed. Tried to get me to pay for more parts then I actually needed. Didn't make any sense. Lady on the phone didn't know the answer to any of my questions and kept making stuff up. Frustrating and overpriced/rip-off.

From my very first interaction on the phone through  paying my bill I had a first class experience.  Tony and his staff got my car in quickly, remedied the issue, and did it all for a very fair price.  Couldn't have asked for anything better.

I have nothing but great things to say about this local company. In the two times that I have needed to either call or come in with my vehicle questions/serviced they have been wonderful to work with! They truly know what Customer service is, and value their customers. Not only did they replace a headlight for free, but several months later they got me in as soon as possible to service my car, and saved me over $700 when they found out what needed to be done was still under warranty through the dealership. Tony, thank you so much for your time and hardworking staff. I will be returning to you in the future with our repair needs, just hopefully not too soon ;)
