The entire staff has always been welcoming and polite during any of my visits. I would recommend Dr. Gutherie to anyone that is looking for a GREAT eye doctor. I live 5 hours away and it is worth the drive to get top notch service.

We have been there a few times and were very satisfied. Dr Guthrie does a vey through exam. We also took our 7yo son for an exam. He was very anxious but the girl there and Dr. Guthrie made him very comfortable by talking to him and asking him questions about his school and holidays etc. I am amazed to see the negative comments about the rude staff. The staff there is very polite including Dr. Guthrie. Highly recommended.

Came recomended from my mother. Had a scheduled appointment for 1:15pm, even received a voicemail on my phone stating to show up at 1:15pm. I showed up about 1:05, as you normally show up early for new appointments to fill out paperwork. Office was closed! Already upset that I came early, but blew it off and walked around the shopping area for awhile. Then went to my car to wait. All of the staff showed up about 1:25pm. Got out of my car to follow them in and they turned and locked the door behind them. After that, I decided that this was not the eye place for me. Very bad service! Called to cancel, and was advised that I was wrong, my appointment was at 1:30. Funny how it was confirmed for 1:15pm. Lady spoke over me, and advised me I could schedule my appointment somewhere else if I wanted as it was my choice. Aweful service!

They told me i had glaucoma and made me come do several extensive test. They waited till i had a $1300 bill before they decided to tell me my insurance wasnt covering all these test. So i went to a different doctor only to find out i dont even have glaucoma. Everytime i was in there there were telling someone they needed advanced glaucoma testing. If he has told you have glaucoma you might want to go get check somewhere else

Me and my husband went to see him. He was very rude to both of us. Never again!!
