Becky Hunt really ruined the entire experience gossiping loudly about "Brooke" whomever that is. my mother and I both had surgery here a year apart and Mrs Becky was rude to me but this time it was too much. We arrived at 5:43. the doors were still locked. When she got to the door she was VERY unpleasant. Then as with me, she could not find my mom's chart. She eventually figured it out. As soon her coworker enters she starts in with the complaining. loud complaining. I could not hear the coworker but Mrs Becky was ridiculously inconsiderate with her volume and the content of her conversation. I am aware that people have issues working with other difficult people but she went on and on for almost an hour without any consideration to the people sitting I the lobby. I do not care about "Brooke" whomever she is or what issues they have. It's 6:00 in the morning. Attend to your issues on your own time. The world does not revolve around you and we are not interested in your personal problems especially to the extent that we had be included. So the doctors are great and the facility is A1 but that entire interaction really stressed my mother and prohibited me from relaxing as I was attempting to de-stress in this very anxious time. Mrs. Becky - please do better. I'm sure you can.
